The Bible books are categorized into two main parts: the Old Testament and the New Testament. The old testament contains 39 books and the new one contains 27. The old testament is subdivided into four (04) major parts: The Pentateuch, the Historical Books, the Poetic Books and the Prophetic Books. As for the New Testament, it includes the Gospels, the Acts of the Apostles, the Letters of Paul, the General Letters and the Apocalypse.
