As part of boosting the economy of the lake community of SÔ-AVA, Association Tɔfingbe ná Nya Nukɔn in collaboration with WYCLIFFE Bénin organized three days of training in income generating activities at the headquarters of that Association, home of AIDE René, SÔ-AVA. This trainig took place from June 17 to 19, 2024. It concerns raising pigs, poultry, rabbits, making coounki, liquid soap and appetizers. More than thirty people participated it. They returned home happy and equipped with knowledge to now benefit from these income generating activities.
Participants in the ISE (Impact of the Holy Scriptures) Workshop held in the Sô-Ava District Conference Room on August 2-4, 2021.
The Impact with the Holy Scriptures (ISE) is the set of activities allowing to clearly understand the word of God, and to use it at best. It is also the field of the production of audio-visual materials based on the Holy Scriptures.
Three-days workshops are organized to allow the community to be more interested in their language and promote it.
The Association Tɔfingbe ná Nya Nukɔn organized the contest of the best singers and the best readers in Toffin language on June 22, 2024 in Youth House of SÔ-AVA. This is done to bring the community to start by singing and reading in Toffingbé to promote this language.
From 25 to 27 September 2024, the Association Tɔfingbe ná Nya Nukɔn in collaboration with WYCLIFFE Bénin organized training on ethnomusicology at heardquarters in the home of AIDE René at SÔ-AVA. This session has grouped thirty songwriters from all the boroughs of the municipality of SÔ-AVA. The goal of this workshop is to allow these artists to dial and sing in Toffin with the musical instruments of the rythm of the Toffin, the story of enhancing the Toffin culture.
